1 .Roll rolling
There are many types of rolling mills, including intelligent high-end machines similar to those used in Zhiteng shelves, as well as traditional old-fashioned machines used in some small factories or workshops. Its main function is to roll a certain width of steel strip into the desired shape of a certain length with the same cross-section, such as shelf columns, shelf beams, etc. This is also an important step in shelf production.
2. Positioning and punching
According to the actual needs, the roll formed materials shall be punched with the required holes where necessary, such as the inverted eight holes or diamond holes of heavy shelves, the round holes on the cross slant support, etc. The positioning of punching holes must be strictly carried out in accordance with the design drawings, in order to ensure the consistency and effective integration of the entire shelf project.
3.Bends (steel plate)
If the shelves are equipped with steel plates, it is necessary to bend the steel plates in order to effectively fix them on the crossbeam and enhance their load-bearing capacity.
4 .Welding and grinding
For the processed components, welding treatment will be carried out on those that need to be welded together, such as the columns and foot plates of the shelves, beams and grab handles. This requires welding according to relevant national standards, ensuring welding strength and tolerance. After welding is completed, the welding points should be polished to enhance the aesthetics of the shelves and improve their safety in use.
5. Surface treatment
The surface treatment of convenience store shelves includes pickling and phosphating, electrostatic spraying, constant temperature curing, etc. In addition to the above processes, there are also packaging and installation.
