Today, Yuanda shelves are being loaded into storage shelves for Europe. The customer is purchasing medium-sized warehouse shelves this time. During container loading, our staff needs to do the following tasks:

1. Check whether the container number, seal number, and driver's license plate are consistent with those provided by the freight forwarding company;

2. Check if the appearance of the container is damaged;

3. Record the trailer license plate number and the side photo of the container;

4. Take photos and record the loading process. When the container is empty, the goods are loaded to 1/2, and the goods are loaded to 3/4. All the photos are taken and sent to the customer with the door closed;

5. During container loading, inform the container loading master to visit in the specified direction, handle with care, and not step on the cardboard box.

Our staff will personally supervise the entire container loading process and send photos to customers, allowing them to see the latest status of the goods in real-time and purchase our products with confidence.

From the picture, it can be seen that the shelves are packaged in cardboard boxes and sealed with packaging straps. The shelf crossbeam is packaged with bubble film, which can effectively protect against collisions during transportation. The column and crossbeam are separated by transportation specific anti-collision paper, which can stabilize the position of the goods and prevent them from shifting. The entire cabinet is very compact, which not only prevents the shelves from shaking violently during transportation, but also saves shipping costs for customers.

Suzhou Yuanda's storage rack columns are connected by columns, slant support and cross braces with bolts, which are secure and reliable, and increase the bearing capacity of columns. The crossbeam plug-in is automatically welded and formed, with no welding slag on the surface and smooth welding. The greater the load, the thicker the material, and the wider the beam. The diamond shaped hole plug-in combination on the crossbeam pendant and column does not require screws or welding, and can adjust the layer board up and down.
