Q2: What extra service you can offer?
A: OEM service are available.
Q3: What is the MOQ? Can I have a trial order?
A: Our MOQ can be 500 PCS of each model ,but if we have stock we can also accept the qty which is less than the MOQ but also need more than 100 pcs .
We accept small orders by LCL shipments and FCL shipments.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A: As the first order , we need the payment by TT. Prepay 30% deposit, and then 70% balance be paid by BL copy.And then the following ordrs we can also accept 100% L/C at sight.
Q5: What is your leading time or delivery time?
A: We can send the sample in 5 days if we have the model which you need . But if open a new model it will take more time ,about 8 days . For the prodution , normally will take 15-25days . Of course , all these time need depending on the specific style and qty .
Q6: What is your warranty?
A: Normally 1 year. We can provide you some spare parts free of charge in your containers for you to do the replacement. If there are some quality problems or issues with our products, we can undertake the costs and try our best to help you to solve the problems.
